OEE Systems Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a key metric used by many manufacturing industries today, to improve line and overall plant efficiency. These can be implemented in two ways either adding data collection code into existing PLCs or adding a separate layer of data collection on top of the existing plant, especially useful for machines with a variety of PLCs or PLCs with no networking facilities. This will typically monitor machine availability, run time, throughput and waste which we then collate and display for on-demand web page reports. Downtime Systems As an add-on to OEE our downtime systems will enable you to identify and then reduce the causes of downtime.
