Vision Projects
	Each project is tightly controlled by a project manager ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The project commences prior to order placement. We attend site to view the environment, see the issues and take away product samples. These samples are evaluated at our premises, a report produced and you will be invited to a demo. Here the inspection tasks can be proven and we can work with you to determine the RIO to assist in enabling the project to be properly integrated. We have all the resources and knowledge available to implement vision into most applications and hardware whether they be PLC, PCs or robots. We can produce and supply mechanical solutions to complement the vision system such as robots, conveyors, reject mechanisms...etc and we also supply all the lighting solutions. Lighting is often the most important part of success of the vision project and we have a whole suite of lighting systems that can be tried on-site prior to any installation work. We also provide vision training to ensure you can look after you investment.
